What happens if you don’t have the time I want available?
If you have tried to book online and the time you require is showing as unavailable please email me at swlondonbeauty@gmail.com and I will see if there is anyway I can fit you in. In the unlikely event that I can't, I will suggest the closest timeslot.
How do I know if my appointment is confirmed?
After you place your booking, I will get notified and double check everything is ok, mainly that there is enough travel time in between bookings, usually everything is fine and I can confirm your booking. Please allow 3 hours for this as I may be in a treatment with someone else. I do not check my phone during treatments as my time is dedicated to you and I will respond as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please can you contact me at your earliest convenience to cancel or rebook. You can also do this by following the link you recived in your booking confirmation email.
My cancellation policy is a follows:
- You are free to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking.
- You will be charged 100% if cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your booking.
The same applies for offers and packages. You will loose your treatment/value of the booking if cancelled or rescheduled within 48hours of the booking.
What should I do if I have had a past medical condition or something I am worried about?
If you have had a past ailment or anything that you are currently concerned about I would recommend that you see a General Practitioner before booking with me. On arrival I will ask you to complete an online consultation form which asks a few questions to make sure everything is ok before we go ahead with the treatment. If there is something in particular that you are unsure about you can always email me about it beforehand at natalie@hopbeauty.co.uk
How do I pay?
When making the booking full payment is required to secure the appointment, this is made through Stripe. Cancellations before 48hours of the booking will be refunded in full, this usually takes around 5 working days to appear in your account.
I have a gift voucher/code how do I redeem it?
When you follow the online booking process there will be an option at the top to input the voucher code and the discount will be automatically applied.
