Please read through before booking, cancellation policies explained.

Patch Testing
A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to treatment for all tinting & lash lifting. A patch test is used as an indicator to tell us whether or not you may be allergic to products, however even if this is negative, it doesn’t give 100% certainty that you will not have a reaction following the treatment.
A £10 non-refundable booking fee will be taken at time of booking patch test to cover costs of time & travel. This will be deducted from your final treatment bill.

*If it has been longer than 6 months since your last tint/lash lift, another patch test will be needed.

Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice must be given for any cancellations. If less than 24 hours is given, 100% of the treatment bill will be payable.

If you are not at home at the agreed appointment time, I will try to contact you, wait 10 minutes but then I will have to leave. If this was to occur, full treatment cost will be chargeable to cover financial loss to the business.

Treatments
Please ensure you are ready to start treatment once I have set up & that distractions (phones, pets, children etc) during treatment time are limited. I allot a certain amount of time for each client & if we run over, this can have a knock-on affect on my later clients. I reserve the right to cut treatment time but full amount will be chargeable.

In the unfortunate event that a problem has arisen I ask to be notified ASAP. Photographic evidence where possible should be sent & I will do my very best to rectify.  More specifically with Gel nails, if a problem has arisen within the first 72 hours of them being done, then there may have been an application fault & I will endeavour to correct it. However, chipping & lifting of gels after 3 days is considered a potential lack of client aftercare or due to the condition of the natural nail (advice on this will be given during your appointment) & will not be refunded nor re-applied free of charge.

Bookings
When booking for the first time, please let me know where is best to park. For certain treatments I need to carry heavy equipment & need to park close by. If it isn’t guaranteed that I can park nearby when heavy equipment is required, then treatment may not be possible. Also, flats that have no nearby parking or have no lift access to high levels I am unable to attend with heavy equipment.

A minimum treatment spend of £25 is applicable to all appointments.

Please note a client record card & consultation will need to be filled out prior to treatment in order for it to go ahead. Your confidential information will not be shared with others & will not be used for marketing purposes. Without this information I cannot continue the appointment. When booking, please state any medical conditions & allergies you feel may be of importance regarding your treatment.

I currently only provide treatments for men if I know them personally or if they are personally referred to me through a current client of mine.
